8/20/10: The County is currently performing due diligence and a team-based review of the responses. The review team anticipates making a recommendation to the County Manager by the end of August. ***NOTE3: Addendum posted 8/12/10.*** ***NOTE2: County employee rates for security / escort while in the Justice Center are $30/hour for straight time & $40/hour for overtime. Sheriff's deputies time requires a 2-hour minimum. Contractor will maintain timesheet per county employee and the timesheet will be signed off by Contractor, county employee and employee's supervisor. NOTE2: Revised answer for Question 12 posted 8/9/10.*** The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners invite you to submit a proposal responsive to the issues outlined in this request for proposal to provide mechanical systems upgrades and renovations to Cherokee County's Justice Center. Proposals must be received by Cherokee County Procurement & Risk Management Department, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, GA 30114 NLT 3 pm EST, Friday, August 13, 2010. Late proposals will not be accepted.
